Fluffy Whipped Dalgona Coffee
Float away on a cloud of fluffy deliciousness with dalgona coffee: a whipped caffeinated treat that took social media by storm, and has since made its way into the hearts of every coffee lover who’s attempted the recipe. With just three ingredients and a hand mixer (you can also use a whisk – it will take a little extra effort, but it will be well worth it in the end), you’ll be sipping on a delectable dalgona coffee within minutes.

Gather your tools and ingredients.
Combine the sugar, instant coffee, and water in a bowl.
If you have a mixer or milk frother, begin mixing the ingredients until they take on a smooth and shiny consistency, then continue until the mixture becomes foamy and whipped. You should be able to create peaks that hold their shape well. If you’re using a whisk, it should take between 8 and 12 minutes to achieve the desired texture.
Grab your favourite glass and fill it most of the way with ice and cold milk. For a fun burst of flavour, you can add a serving of your favourite coffee enhancer as well (we recommend French Vanilla or Classic Hazelnut!)
Using a spoon, top the beverage with dollops of coffee foam. Mix the foam into the glass if desired, or simply let it combine with the milk and coffee enhancer on its own.
