Coconut Southern Pecan Coffee
Instructions
Combine coffee, coconut extract and International Delight coffee enhancer Southern Butter Pecan flavour in a mug and stir to blend. Top with whipped cream or Delightful Whip and sprinkle with toasted coconut. Serve immediately.
*Note: Coconut extract is very strong; start with a tiny drop and adjust as needed to suit your taste.

- 1 cup (8 ounces) hot coffee
- 1 drop coconut extract*
- 1/4 cup International Delight coffee enhancer, Southern Butter Pecan flavour
- Whipped cream or Delightful Whip
- Sweetened shredded coconut, lightly toasted
